The staff are all so helpful and friendly. Value for money was amazing. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, soundproof and the bed is very comfy. Parking is great, underneath hotel and given a free ticket that you validate at reception to exit. Lot of fresh food to choose from at breakfast, everything you’d expect in a 4* hotel, including fresh eggs and omelette made. Beautiful sea view from breakfast. Lobby bar with plenty to choose from with 2 friendly bar staff. The hotel is surrounded by bars & restaurants, Paceville, & St Julian’s all on the doorstep. Also lovely Marina of Portomaso 5 min walk away. The hop on hop of bus stop right outside hotel, also a regular bus stop. We had a car so didn’t need this. We paid around €150 for 3 nights in Jan b&b in standard room, unbelievable value.

Location of property is very good. All night clubs are very close , there are enough food/ restaurants options near by if you have car or don’t. They have an underground parking which is free ( you just need to take ticket and get that validated from hotel staff though it’s 3 mins walk to parking and lift does not go there, so come out of hotel and walk to back of it. Rooms are very cosy and bigger . There is fridge and 1st floor there is ice machine . Some of the rooms are see view. Swimming pool and spa are decent facilities. Gym is new and you can smell the new equipment and was not busy. Concierge was very polite and helped us keeping the stuff in locker after checking out

Ideal location for everything I wanted to do. Tour buses stop right outside the hotel; close to casinos, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and two beaches. Nicely renovated rooms, comfortable and overall clean. Friendly and accommodating staff from reception to maids. The breakfast buffet needs improvement… the way it’s set up it is exposed to people’s sneezing (a girl actually sneezed inside the bowl with raisins and the mother did nothing). Food items should be placed in a special presentation showcase to avoid spreading the viruses of ignorant/ uneducated guests. I would also like to see the kiwi peeled, and more fruit variety.

The rooftop pool is a very good touch, the food & drink is reasonably priced even the cocktails 🍸 which are also nice and not watered down. I stayed in a suite & this did not disappoint, 3 flat screen TV's with air-conditioning throughout. The indoor pool is good however the hot tub jets only seemed to work on 1 side. The gym is good for a hotel gym & has what is required for a sustained gym routine while on holiday. Cleaning staff came everyday and done a thorough job. Great location for night life but far enough out for a quiet nights sleep. Will be visiting again soon.

The hotel was fine and we came and went unhindered. Rooms were a bit too hot as the air conditioning seemed to be quite weak. Those of our group who had breakfast said it was poor and abrupt staff wanted to take their plates as soon as it reached 10am. Much better breakfasts could be had in nearby cafes for half the price. We spent a great day at the rooftop pool and bar but we had been under the impression it was closed in the literature. Despite all this we had a good time and the hotel served our needs.
